Elena handles a range of matters including disputes involving immovable property (restitution of rights to land plots and buildings); claims for losses suffered as a result of expropriation of land; recognition of absence of rights to various types of immovable property etc.

Elena also represents the rights of the city of Moscow in court disputes in the sphere of land and administrative legislation. She participates in conducting reviews of disputes involving challenges to resolutions assigning administrative responsibility for non compliance with the law in the field of land legislation.

Elena’s practice involves appeals concerning actions on the part of officials at various levels of seniority including disputes associated with state land registry (disputing acts whereby certain sections of land are listed in the land registry, remedial measures for land registry and technical errors which have occurred etc.) and state registration of property rights.
