Russian litigation funders are ready to consider funding disputes beyond local jurisdictions covering cases with a cost of up to £1,000,000. Third-party funding of legal disputes has become a popular thing in 2021. It enables claimants to cover legal fees and expenses, involve top lawyers, and receive a comprehensive review of the case in order to evaluate its prospects.

The third-party funding market is growing due to the fact that anti-pandemic measures worldwide led to a decrease in profits and liquidity risks. At the same time, the number of legal disputes soared. These trends generate interest in existing TPF mechanisms under jurisdictions where it is allowed and popular, including England.
